Our home sweet second home is large, sunny, fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for making lasting LBI memories. You’ll be welcomed by rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, into a bright, open first floor with a large, just renovated kitchen, dining area and two sitting areas. The house is very accessible for those looking to limit stairs for older and younger family members. The large decks are right outside the main floor and kid-friendly with gates to coral toddlers. There are two bedrooms and one full (fully renovated) bath on the first floor with a standing shower. Up a wide, winding staircase is a large TV and sofa area as well as a large deck with stairs to the roof deck. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The spacious owners suite has a large bedroom, newly renovated bathroom TV and private deck. The second bedroom has a TV and attached bathroom. The third bedroom has a beautiful peaked ceiling and is perfect for the kids - there is a bunk with trundle, games and a desk.

For those who love to cook, the kitchen has a beautiful, new Bluestar stove, quality pots, pans, knives, and plenty of dishes and gadgets. There are 2 full-sized refrigerators. You can prep an amazing meal to cook on the 4-burner Weber grill and serve it at the large outdoor or indoor dining table (both easily expand for large families). After dinner cocktails can be enjoyed around the fireplace inside, the fire table outside or lounging on the outdoor sofa set.

The house is a great option for families who love to stay active, there are yoga mats, adjustable dumbells, Rogue pull-up and dip bars, rubber bands - everything you need for a good crossfit session. You're also welcome to use the corn hole, outdoor Jenga and bocce sets. The LBI public basketball and pickle ball courts are a few blocks away as well as the Bayview Park beach and playground area.

For those who want to relax on the beach, there are 8 beach badges, 12 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler, beach towels, and beach carts. In the summer, you're only 4 blocks from the live music concerts on 68th ST Ocean Beach where there's a large, public pavilion.

If you need to do some work while you play, there is a desk, monitor, printer and the highest speed internet available. Plus, electric vehicle owners can power up in the 4-car driveway with a 220V exterior outlet.
