Ladybug cottage is centrally located and close to everything! It offers easy access to everything Guntersville including the lake which is within sight. As you drive up you'll see that there's ample parking both in the long driveway and the grassy area to the right of the driveway.

You'll enter the cottage and find yourself in the nice sized living area with lots of comfortable seating and of course a big screen TV set up with ROKU service. There is not cable TV at this property. There's great WIFI throughout the property.

To the left of the living area is the dining area. It's right in the middle of the well stocked kitchen and the awesome sunroom. You'll love spending time in the sunroom reading or relaxing. The kitchen has room for folks to gather while cooking memorable vacation meals.

Off the kitchen is a hallway to the three bedrooms and the full bath. Each bedroom has a TV with ROKU service installed. Two bedroom offer comfortable queen sized beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Out back you'll find a wonderful gathering spot with a firepit for those cool evenings. a charcoal grill rounds out a super nice backyard.

Owner's have outside camera's in both the front and back yards to monitor the property when not in use.

Fabulous location

Great getaway weekend at Lake Guntersville. House is within walking distance to boat landing, beautiful city park and just an all-around great place to stay. We will be back !

Great property

Nice clean property. Within walking distance of the park, boat ramp, grocery or even pizza and Mexican food. We were very comfortable during our weekend stay and the fishing was AWESOME that weekend.

Great spacious home very close to the lake. They also have a electric post by the garage for charging you boats. Very convenient.

Guntersville 4th of July

We had a wonderful stay with our family and furry family members at the Ladybug Cottage. It was a perfect location, very close to the lake & fireworks, shopping, etc. The back yard was perfect for relaxing and the dogs enjoyed it as well. The owners/managers were very accommodating and made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Ladybug Cottage Rocks!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ladybug Cottage! Home is clean with wonderful, quaint decor. Loved it! David and Edna answered any questions promptly. We had zero issues during our stay. We highly recommend the Ladybug Cottage!

Charming & Cozy

I rented the Ladybug Cottage for my grandmother who was in the process of moving to Guntersville. This is a very accommodating and comfortable property with plenty of space and all the amenities you can possibly need! It’s in a great part of Guntersville too, very close to the park and walking trails. The owners were immediately responsive when I had a question. My grandmother really enjoyed her stay here…it was peaceful and very comfortable. I would definitely rent this property again!

Guntersville

We really enjoyed our stay in Guntersville. The location of the property was ideal for us (close to the lake and walking path). The house was wonderful with everything needed for our trip. The home was comfortable with extras (sunroom, outdoor sitting - for at least six - area with firepit and grill, vast amount of parking, comfortable furniture…). The Guntersville area had much to do: trails at Guntersville State Park, trails and Cave at Cathedral Caverns, trails and waterfall at High Falls, local little theater, and numerous restaurants for dining. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great location

This is an older house furnished with comfy furniture. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking wares. The bathroom has been remodeled with a large shower and new sink cabinet The house is on a four lane street but backed away far enough to be safe. The location worked perfectly for our use. David responded quickly to any questions and kindly accommodated our needs. Couldn't ask for better service.

Good fishing trip

Great place to stay if fishing south end of the lake. Road noise is a little loud, so bring some ear plugs for sleepong, but it wasn’t too back and nothing the owner could change. Owner was attentive and property was clean.

Surprising!

I’m always skeptical something with so many high rating and no negatives. After arriving and staying here now I understand why. It’s sort of like an old beach house. A VERY WELL taken care of old beach house. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room and great location at a surprisingly low price!

Delightful

Our stay at the Ladybug was a great experience. The place was clean and offered all the amenities needed. Convenient grocery store right across the street and boat launch less than a mile away. The property manager was very helpful and cordial. Downsides ... I think Roku is the going provider in the area but it was Master’s weekend and we were sorely disappointed. However, that was probably mentioned in the rental notes and we missed it. Otherwise, it was a great experience and the house and property were even better than described. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and the beds were incredibly comfy. There was a small fenced in back yard which was perfect for our pups. Would stay there again for sure!

Perfect location

We came to fish. The location was perfect because we were only 1/4 mile from the boat ramp. Also downtown was only 1/2 mile away. Everything was close but the house still felt very private. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard at night. The whole house was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back very soon.
