nicht weit vom Strand

Sehr schöne Wohnung, optimal gelegen in Ost. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und viele Unternehmungen möglich.

Schön, aber relativ laut

Die Wohnung hat eine top Lage und ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und hat einen Parkplatz am Haus. Der Garten ist groß, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegen und Grillzeug und mit Spielzeug für Kinder ausgestattet (leider nicht so viel, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen). Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und kümmern sich sofort, wenn man ein Anliegen hat! Fahrradvermietung, Ladenzeile und der Molly-Bahnhof sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Hinterm Garten fährt unmittelbar der Molly-Zug. Da er aber nur stündlich fährt und nachts gar nicht, merkt man ihn kaum. Leider wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht noch einmal ausreichend geputzt, sodass noch sehr viel Staub zu finden war und Spinnweben an den Wänden. Außerdem waren an den Wänden sehr viele Kratzer, was die Wohnung sehr "abgewohnt" erscheinen ließ...am schlimmsten fand ich allerdings den lauten Dielenboden, der bei jedem Schritt geknarzt hat. Wir waren mit Baby da und bei jedem ins Bett bringen müsste man aufpassen, dass es nicht sofort wieder wach wird, wenn man den Raum verlässt..das war ganz schön anstrengend. Und auch von der Wohnung drüber hat man natürlich sehr viel gehört. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit ein paar Abstrichen ;)
