The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, with Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming apartment classified 3 stars with 700m of the beach, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², open kitchen equipped, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room, view on the port, of 15 m² with a double sofa bed (quality mattress), TV, Wifi (optical fiber)
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A room, view on the port, with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A loggia of 7m2 entirely closed and view on the port of Courseulles-sur-Mer. You will find a space with a garden table and a relaxation/reading area. The loggia is accessible from the living room and also from the bedroom.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. The accommodation is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cinema, bowling, bars, shops, oyster beds and the fish market on the port!

Activities:
The accommodation is within walking distance of the beach for hiking. The bowling alley and the cinema are a five minute walk from the apartment. Bars and restaurants are located along the port and the sea street. Courseulles-sur-Mer has a seawater pool with a view of the beach. For history buffs, the Juno Beach Museum is a five-minute walk away as well.

Nearby events:
- The June 6 D-Day landing ceremonies are a highlight of the year. In general, World War II-related tourism is buoyant in our area.

Transportation:
- You will be able to park in the private parking lot of the residence. The place is numbered and protected by a barrier.
- Buses that can transport you to the other cities of the coast and to the bus station of Caen.
- Nearest train station : Caen located at 25 km (30 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet 27 km (29 minutes by car) and Paris-Charles de Gaulle 275km (2h54 by car).
