About this property

A beautiful, NON smoking, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, full washer & dryer, high speed WiFi. Second floor with AMAZING view! Just look at the pictures. SECOND floor gives you additional benefits and lots of privacy.
The unit was fully remodeled in March 2021. It is located in Venetian Palms Luxury Condominiums. Outdoor activities include two tennis courts, ping pong table, two pools with hot tub, exercise room, sand volleyball court, and a gorgeous club house. MINIMUM rental is 30 days or one calendar month.
Application to fill out and background check will be requested. Condo association is running it.
