I'm giving the property an overall 3 star rating. There were some things that families should be aware of. The back gate that is closest to the location is a nightmare. The code never worked so there was always a line of cars trying to get into the property. There needs to be a better solution to this issue. The neighbors we had next door for most of our stay played music until at least 3am every night. I called security but was told it would take them awhile to get over to the building so who knows if they did because it never stopped. The pool /lazy river area was nice but super crowded we only used it one day. The layout of the condo was a nice size so our family was able to spread out comfortably however the couch is terrible. It is super low to the ground and the back pillows did nothing to support sitting up. There was plenty of plates, bowls and regular silverware but the cooking stables frying pans etc. is very limited. Also the dish soap, paper towels and trash bags were very cheap quality so don't expect much there. The dish soap didn't even make suds. The pictures online make the unit appear on the newer side but they are definitely photo shopped to appear that way. The plus side is the property is very close to the Disney attractions. We had an issue with the AC unit and the management company sent someone within 30 minutes of the email so that was a plus. Not sure if we would stay here again.
