Located only a few miles from Blaye and its imposing citadel above Gironde's estuary, La Conteau is an entirely renovated old house. Close to an equestrian center and only 1,2 kms to cycling path" Blaye-Etauliers", this is an ideal place to discover all the natural treasures of North Gironde. This house has a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a small playing room for children (baby bed), a shower room and separate wc. Terrace, enclosed garden, garage. Gaz central heating (50€/week). Sheets provided for free. Kitchen linen : 5€, bathroom linen : 5€/person. Domestic animals : 10€/day/animal, 300€ deposit, access only to the living room
