About this property

South west of France (Landes), 20 minutes from Hossegor, it is a new (built in 2021) summer holidays house in a quiet place, from a few steps from the Moliets international golf course and from the ocean beaches. Shops are around, this is a separate house with no noise. Private heated pool from mid-may to september.

details about the 5th person : it can't be only a child (less than 12 years), the bed is a temporary bed (can be placed in the bedroom with single beds).

Indoor : main room with an open kitchen well equipped (disher machine, espresso..), 2 bedrooms with hotel quality beds (one queen size and 2 single beds), shower, washing machine, separated WC, air conditioner in the main room, French TV.

Outdoor : panoramic view, local wooden terrace, plancha (barbecue are forbidden in the area), modern deckchairs and garden lounge, the pool is secured with an alarm.

2 car parks, one is just in front of the house.

renting period is from sunday to sunday during the summer, 3 night minimum for the rest of the time. arrival at 4 pm and departure at 10 am.
