Stay in the heart of Gulf Place and right on scenic Hwy 30A. This Condo is a straight shot to the beach, through a private access and right above shops and dining.

This condo has adorable decor and an inviting interior that can accommodate 4-6 people comfortably for the duration of your stay. It is right above all the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place making it the perfect walkable location. With a full kitchen. you can easily chose to dine in as well.

Gulf Place condo

Great Condo in Gulf place for a couple’s or small family getaway with very convenient private beach access directly across the street. Located above shops it’s a short stroll to eating places & a coffee shop downstairs. Condo is very well equipped & is a good base for getting to all the fun spots on 30a. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break

We enjoyed the accommodation’s and location and would stay again. The only thing I would say is that you need to be aware the bunk beds are for small children.

Perfect spot for a couple

We love this location! It is close to the beach, and there are lots of stores and restaurants around the unit. Jessica was great to work with and responsive to questions. We are a repeat customer.

Our family with 2 young kids sold everything we own to travel the world full time. 40 countries later Covid hit and we returned to the USA. We discovered 30A and all of its magic and decided we wanted to be able to host others since we loved staying at Airbnbs around the world. Our kids now love visiting Gulf Place and spending their days at the beach or doing artwork at the artist huts right in front of the unit.

Why they chose this property

Gulf Place offers on-site bike rentals, great restaurants, ice and coffee shops, adorable stores, and a great outdoor amphitheater with music and events. Our kids love running around the Gulf Place field, enjoying the pools, tennis courts, and shuffle boards, when not at the beach.

Make sure to stop by The Perfect Pig for the perfect happy hour and great food. Or walk across the street to Shunk Gulley for balcony views of the Gulf and the most amazing duck-fat-fries. If golf is your game, head over to Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club for a round of 18. Do some shopping at the 30A store or several of the other boutiques on the property. Take home an original piece of art from the Artists at Gulf Place. You will be conveniently located nine miles south from Eden Gardens State Park and six and a half miles to the east is the beach community of Seaside. 15-miles to the west is the well-known fishing village of Destin, FL.

Short drive to minutes from Seaside / Watercolor / Grayton Beach /Alys Beach/ and Rosemary.
