About this property

Most people who have a water view have a water view of somebody else’s water view 😑. The view from your rental apartment on Davis Bayou is the same view Hernando de Soto had when he was looking for gold in Mississippi. 😀 Shell Landing Golf Course 14 minutes, downtown Ocean Springs 15 minutes.

The space
Your apartment is just on the other side of the Gulf Islands Seashore National Park. If you want a relaxing place to hang out at after you get back from a hectic night at the casinos then this is it. Or if you just want to kayak, fish, and have a place to park your own boat then this just might be right up your alley. 🙂 I recently bought a Trail Embers Pellet Grill for guest use. I’ve never used one myself and I know little about them except they are the be-all end-all over charcoal and gas. However, they can be a bit tricky to use. If you don’t have experience with wood pellet grills please let me know. Thank you for your patience.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the second, upstairs, bathroom if they want to. They are also welcome to lounge around on the upstairs deck any time of the day if they prefer which has a slightly better view because it’s upstairs.

Molly is very friendly and enjoys making new friends, both 2 and 4 legged types. Pets welcome.

We enjoyed the property so much because it was so peaceful and quiet and the views of the water were wonderful!! Elton was the sweetest person ever and we enjoyed talking to him so much!! We also enjoyed Molly, his dog, she made us happy!! If you are thinking about renting this place, do it, you won’t regret it!!!!😊

Perfect Ocean Springs Getaway

We throughly enjoyed this property. It was a great space. Lots of room, full kitchen and fridge. The views were great. Perfect property to take a boat or fish. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarded in the bayou. Fairly close to down town ocean springs or the casinos. The Property owner was very friendly, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to deal with while on our trip. His dog Molly is super sweet. Definitely worth a visit.

The property was perfect for my needs. Boat parking, quick drive to downtown OS, and plenty of places for all 5 of us to sleep and be comfortable. Elton was a great host. Great guy, great house, and a great time. 10/10

Boaters Paradise

The Property is well kept and has all the kitchen amenities to cook for family. Beds are comfortable. Host is incredible. He had sub sandwiches waiting on us and surprised us with boiled peanuts one day. Can't wait to make it back!

Beautiful Place To Vacay

We had a great time exploring Ocean Springs and Elton was a wonderful host. The space was perfect for us and our 2 dogs had a ball there! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend!
