Absolutely idyllic

The house is located in a very quiet and relaxing village and the hosts have worked very hard to create an authentic French experience. The gardens are absolutely immaculate and the gite is a separate area of the main farmhouse. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and this was perfect for us who stayed for a month although other guests were taking advantage of staying in the main house and no doubt being very well looked after by the hosts. E-Bicycles and a jacuzzi were available at a small extra cost and these were well worthwhile during our stay, particularly when it came to exploring some of the closer restaurants and wineries- it was no trouble at all to cycle up to Gevrey-Chambertin and back stopping for lunch on the way. The hosts were excellent at recommending good quality restaurants. Overall a superb experience!!
