Nice condominium that was Built-in 2006. 2 bedrooms 2 stories and 2.5 bathrooms. Surrounding area is generally quiet in a safe nieghberhood. There is plenty of parking and a washer and dryer in the unit. Have also equipped both upstairs bedrooms with air conditioning window units. Wifi, cable and all utilities included and the place is fully furnished and a fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and pretty much everything anyone would ever need.

Long Term Stay

I stayed at this property for about 3 months for a long term work assignment. Communication with the owner was great. He responded very quickly when contacted. Furniture is all very comfortable, although a little cluttered in the living room. Apartment setting so have neighbors all around who all seemed to be pretty friendly. Could get a little noisy sometimes with people outside but generally not a problem. Main street next to complex has some homeless camps but I did not ever feel unsafe.

More than I could’ve asked for!

I stayed at Nima’s place for two weeks for a clerkship at kaiser permanente. The place was more than what I could’ve asked for! The kitchen was fully stocked up, the living room was spacious with super comfortable couches, the two bedrooms had a lot of extra space and really big beds, and the place was just cozy and clean overall. Nima was super responsive to my messages too which made check in extremely easy. I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever in Santa Rosa for an extended period of time.
