This was a clean, fairly well equipped property in an ideal location. Walkable distance to most all major sites. We loved that Campo Fiori markets were just up the street.
The local meal options were fantastic, with a great patisserie a block away for breakfast and lunch. And lots of gelato spots.
I must mention however, that one shouldn’t ignore the posts calling it small, it is very small with barely space enough in the bedroom for anything but the bed. Which, on the bright side keeps you from hauling too much stuff up the tiny spiral staircase.
The hot water does not last long enough for American tastes, nor is the bed soft enough.
Sergio couldn’t be a more amenable host, quick to help and very welcoming. He is relaxed and attentive at the same time.
I highly recommend him, and as long as you know what you are in for, this property.
This little gem was in the best location, everything was within walking distance, and many restaurants, bars near. And of course the best bakery nearby
Quaint little apartment in a great location
Very nice little apartment close to everything you'll want to see in Rome. Good communication with the owner. Everything went smoothly!
Apartment was small but great. Wonderful location, everything within easy walking distance. Sergio is a very accommodating host. Be prepared for some street noise during the night...but not disrurptive.
Great location, great flat
Everything you need in a great location to explore all of Rome. Perfect. Thanks
Great place to stay for your Rome adventure!
We spent 8 days in Rome and we had a really great time. The apartment is tiny but has everything two on-budget travellers can possibly need. The location is perfect. Walking distance to pretty much all major attractions but if you don't fancy walking there are buses just around the corner as well. Restaurants, grocery stores, market, bakery, ice-cream parlour and much more just minutes away. Even though it's the very center of Rome, it's surprisingly quiet. The owner is very kind and helpful. The only thing that can be considered a bit of a challenge is the steep, spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom. For people with any mobility difficulties, the apartment might not be a very good idea. Other than that we give it thumbs up!
