In the heart of the old village of Les Angles, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a charming 18th-century cottage with uninterrupted views of the mountains and Lac de Matemale. Ski resort within walking distance!

This 150 m² cottage can accommodate up to 10 guests and two babies. It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room on the ground floor, and four bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and WC) on the 1st and 2nd floors. There is also a large south-facing terrace and a garden of around 150 m². Games for all the family, free Netflix. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:

Basement:
- Entrance hall with heated drying area for ski boots
- A separate WC
- A bike and ski room
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge-freezer

Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with connected TV and Netflix
- A dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, multi-function food processor, fridge, raclette and fondue set, etc.
- An office area

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room and WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160x200) and 2 pull-out beds (90X190)
- Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds (90×190) and desk area
- Shower room with WC

Additional private facilities: a selection of board games and books for all the family, fans, ironing board and iron, sun loungers, swing, large fridge and small freezer.
Additional facilities to be shared with the tenants of the adjoining barn: barbecue, gas hob and outdoor games. The car park and barbecue are organised around a shared courtyard.

Outside:
- A private 12 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather, located in the garden bordering the shared courtyard.
- A private south-facing garden with trees measuring 150 m².

The cottage is ideally located in the heart of the old village of Les Angles, in a very pleasant setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Les Angles ski resort: first ski lifts 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. Heated ski lockers at the foot of the slopes, bookable on the Les Angles website.
- Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sledging, snowshoe trekking, dog sledding, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, swimming, sailing, paddle, pedalo, horse riding, balneotherapy, skateboarding, accrobranche, fishing, wildlife park, bowling, climbing, mini-golf, thrill sledging, cinema, treasure hunts and entertainment.

Public transport :
- You can park directly in the accommodation's private car park (1 space).
- Free seasonal shuttle bus to all lifts within 1 minute's walk
- Regular Lio buses
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, 1h30 by car
- Nearest train station: Latour de Carol, 30mn by car

Other remarks :
- Household linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, tea towels and hand towels) is not included. They can be provided on request, for a supplement of €15/person (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Made-up beds option (€10/bed)
- A highchair, a bath and a cot with bedding and towels can be provided on request, for an additional €10.
- Wifi and Netflix are available free of charge.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Cleaning is payable directly on site, at a cost of €90 for a stay of up to 6 nights, and €150 for a stay of 7 nights or more.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
