We are on the main road to and from the beach. 1/3 mile walk to the beach, or 2 miles to our lakeside business community with a few restaurants, pubs, distillery, tea shop, candy shop, and artist gallery and store
Our Friends and I stayed here for two night two days and we LOVED IT! We location was perfect for us 2 minutes from the beach or a 15 minute walk. All the rooms had ac which we loved the two days we stayed the weather was hot. We can't wait to go back next year for the fresh coast festival CrossFit competition on the beach!

Lots of parking space for boat trailers and extra vehicles. Plenty of public boat launching ramps nearby. Or head to “the deck” just a mile down the road and watch the boats and ships come into the muskegon channel, with a beverage and live sing along band
Thanks and shucks. We have been providing STR stays here for ten summers this year. Always looking to make our places better for a wide range of needs. We are nearby and attentive when needed
This property had so much to offer in such a small space. It was clean and had everything we needed. All the wildlife (deer family, squirrels, toads and birds were a welcomed surprise. Loved the beach and how close it was, just wish the weather would have been warmer. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We have a pretty steady diet of 80/60 degree temps here during the summer, with a light breeze. In 2021 we had only one 90 degree day. Its always cooler near the big lake than it will be a few miles inland
We brought a whole crew, plus kayaks, bikes, and chaos. Ed was super communicative, flexible, followed up mid stay to see if we needed anything, and had great resources available to plan our adventures. There was no central AC, but the individual units in the rooms did the trick and we were there in the dead middle of the dog days of summer. A great trip!

Mostly 60-80 degrees here summer months, with a nice breeze. Come spend the day outside and recharge on a comfy bed, and do it again tomorrow
The house was very clean and the property manager was great. He answered any questions quickly. I will warn, the stairs are very narrow to the upstairs and basement.
The house is located a couple of blocks from the beach and it was a very easy walk as it is along the trail.
As an added bonus, we had 5 deer in the yard during our stay.

We are close to nature here. We have added rails on both walls in the stairwell to help with safety. 2BR on ground floor and 2BR up stairs. A full bath on each floor as well.
Conveniently located property a short walk from Lake Michigan and Pere-Marquette beach park. Property is somewhat dated but fully functional - 2 story layout with 5 beds distributed into 4 bedrooms [2 bedrooms downstairs each containing 1 queen, 2 bedrooms upstairs one with queen, other with 2 singles]. Unit has washer / dryer in attached basement (also nice ping pong table down there which kids enjoyed). Outdoor fireplace was enjoyable (and a deer family with new fawn was frequently hanging out nearby - kids really enjoyed watching the deer). Unit has large outdoor BBQ which we used and full kitchen. Ed (prop owner) was very helpful and welcoming - provided bikes which was much appreciated and firewood for outdoor fireplace. There are more "touristy" areas farther to the south (Grand Haven, for example) but we enjoyed our stay very much. For those who intentionally avoid "touristy" places, this is a find.

This property is new to this platform Check out our hundreds of 5 star reviews on our other properties. Yes we are a quieter community with a huge beach. I believe we have the only beach where the sand is regularly sifted clean by our county. We also have the biggest beach bar with 900 occupancy and nightly live music. So we have space if you like nature and great options for entertainment and food also.
