Loggia (8 m²) enclosed by removable bay windows offering a magnificent sea view, with a garden table and chairs, a sideboard, a deckchair, and two relaxation armchairs. An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (2-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, steamer, blender, iron, and upright vacuum cleaner) is provided. The main room includes a double sofa bed (140 cm), a dining area, and a television. The bedroom includes a double bed (2 x 80 cm mattresses) forming a single bed (160 cm) with bed attachments, a television, a chest of drawers, a closet, and a fan. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a sink, a washing machine, and a heated towel rail. The separate toilet is provided.
Linens and towels are not provided. Mandatory cleaning fee: €37. Deposit: €500.
Paid swimming pool: Adults and teenagers aged 13 to 17: €5.20/day - Children aged 6 to 12: €3.20/day (Pool open from June 1st to September 15th) - Paid tennis: €6.50/hour.
