Upon entering, you'll immediately notice the attention to detail that has been put into this property, which comes complete with many upgrades to make your stay fun and comfortable. Kick back and relax in the living room, where you'll find fine furnishings and a flatscreen TV. The gourmet kitchen is entirely top-of-the-line, with designer flooring, granite countertops, an entertainment island with a wine cooler, and upscale lighting. Step outside onto the balcony, which has plenty of seating and dramatic oceanfront views. Additional luxuries include free WiFi, flatscreen TVs in the living room and every bedroom, a soaking tub in the master bathroom, and a full-size washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels each evening.

The Gateway Grand is an Ocean City landmark, offering a prime location on the ocean block at 48th Street. You'll have access to a host of resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness room, and a kids' game room with board and video games. Head down to the sand to find 250 feet of sparkling beachfront for a day of sun and surf, or stroll to a number of popular shops, activities, and restaurants in the surrounding blocks. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins just one mile south as well.

Please note that a $115 non-refundable building registration fee for parking passes and key fobs for pool and building access is due upon arrival.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
