Always a breeze! Bring your gear to this Sargent canal front getaway! Easy access by boat to East Matagorda Bay and the Gulf of Mexico fishing. Relax on the deck while listening to the Gulf, fish and crab off your private pier, kayak down the canal. Within walking distance of restaurants and bait camps!

This home offers 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and a bunk room, full bath and utility room downstairs. Comfortably sleeping 6-8 guest.

There is a fishing pier with covered fish cleaning station, as well as a storage room at the pier with an extra refrigerator.

Take a walk or drive down our beautiful beach and witness the gorgeous sunset/sunrises Sargent has to offer!

Beaching, swimming, surf fishing, fishing the ICW, kayaking, boating, breath taking views, shopping, there is plenty to do here in Sargent! We can't wait to have you!

Nice house and awesome neighbors!
This was our second time to stay at this house and it was just as clean and nice as it was the first time. Pretty much everything you need or may need is in the house. The first time we stayed it was cold and raining so not much to do. This time the weather was nice and we got to know the neighbors and it made our stay even more enjoyable. We went to the beach, fished a little in the canal and played corn hole. We played corn hole with the neighbors and I was given a new nickname “one step Sheri” 🤔lol. Thanks for making this trip special and all of us will probably never forget it or all of you! We definitely will be back soon and we would definitely rent this house again! If you want to get to know Sargent and the wonderful people that live there and visit, this house would be a great place to stay.

This property was in a great location. The house was very cute and comfortable! They had most kitchen items, and an old smokey grill. This place is right on the water. Would like to rent it qgain!

The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a great fishing trip or just hanging out on the water. The location is perfect. Had a some water under the kitchen sink but the maintenance guy was there INSTANTLY and it ended up being a leaking water bottle. Fully stocked kitchen.
