Villa Saulara is a superb contemporary villa, elegant and modern, ideally located on the edge of the pine forest bordering the coast, 1 km from the beach of La Terrière, a well-known surf spot, and supervised so perfect for families. It is very easy to get there by foot or by bike, and even to reach the parking lot at the end of the street by car. At 5 minutes from the shops of La Tranche sur Mer, it benefits from the calm of a dead end street offering a 180° view on the pines, in a green setting.

Accessible to handicapped, it offers great comfort and luxury equipment, with its heated indoor pool available all year round.
The master suite on the ground floor and the living rooms are adapted, in particular the 1st independent WC. The suite has an accessible shower room and a double bed.

Its spacious and bright living room is divided between a large comfortable living room with a quality sofa bed for two beds, a large table for meals overlooking the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room by an island ideal for convivial moments.
The kitchen's equipment and storage space allow for comfortable cooking and maximum use of local food.

On the first floor, there is a second double bedroom, a single bedroom with 4 beds in two bunk beds, as well as a large shower room and a second independent toilet.
The living room opens onto both the indoor swimming pool and the terrace, in the heart of the garden surrounded by the pine forest, providing an exceptional setting for outdoor meals and moments of relaxation.

The heated pool area, independent but connected to the rest of the house, is ideal for year-round enjoyment. It is equipped with a shower and the indoor pool is heated for everyone's have fun.

## Surroundings

La Terrière neighborhood is ideal for a stay in La Tranche sur Mer, quiet, on the edge of the forest, with direct access to the beach and shops: bakery and bar/tabac in the center of the neighborhood, supermarket at 5 min.
There are many bicycle paths, for bike rides, surfing and kite-surfing spots, and many activities for dynamic stays: O'Gliss Park, Atlantic Wake Park, Château des Aventuriers, boat rides on the Marais Poitevin, discovery of the Aiguillon bay, and many others. You can also visit Le Puy du Fou, less than an hour away by car.
