Grange Petite Ourse - Duplex avec vue imprenable

In the heart of the old village of Les Angles, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, charming 3-star-rated house in an 18th-century barn, with breathtaking views of the mountains and Lac de Matemale. Ski resort within walking distance!

With a surface area of 60 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travelers and a baby, and comprises a pretty 22 m² living room with fitted kitchen on the first floor, three bedrooms on the first floor, including a mezzanine accessible from the second bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower and toilet). Wifi, games for the kids - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 22 m² living room with sofas, TV with free Netflix, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove with hob and oven, raclette and fondue set, Tassimo pod coffee maker...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds
- Bedroom 3: mezzanine, accessible from bedroom 2 via a Japanese staircase, with double bed (140x190) and desk
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Additional private facilities: selection of board games, books and DVDs, fans, ironing board and iron, deckchairs, parasol.
Additional facilities, to be shared with the tenants of the adjoining property: tumble dryer, barbecue, gas plancha and outdoor games. Parking and barbecue are organized around a shared courtyard.

Exterior:
- A private 15 m² south-facing terrace with furniture, accessible from the shared courtyard.
- A secure ski and bike room, shared with the tenants of the adjoining apartment.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the old village of Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Les Angles ski resort: first ski lifts 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. Heated ski lockers at the foot of the slopes, bookable on the Les Angles website.
- Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, dog sledding, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, swimming, sailing, paddle, pedalo, horse riding, balneotherapy, skateboarding, accrobranche, fishing, wildlife park, bowling, climbing, mini-golf, thrill sledging, cinema, treasure hunts and entertainment...

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the accommodation's private parking lot (1 space).
- Free seasonal shuttle bus to all lifts within 1 minute's walk
- Regular Lio buses
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, 1h30 by car
- Nearest train station: Latour de Carol, 30 minutes by car

Other remarks :
- Household linen (fitted sheets, comforter covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, tea towels and hand towels) is not included. They can be supplied on request, for a supplement of €20/person (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
- Optional extra: beds made up on arrival (€10/bed).
- High chair, WC reducer, bath and crib with bedding and linen available on request (€20 supplement).
- Free wifi (fiber).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
