3 BR, 3BA (1800 sf) top floor condo on dead end private street with cathedral ceiling in living room having incredible views of the mountains. Natural wilderness in front with path/trail to Silverthorne. Buffalo Mountain access plus bike and walking paths out the back door. Perfect for snowshoeing, skiing, fat tire biking. 6 ski areas within half an hour; A-Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Loveland, Copper and Vail.

All of Summit County can be explored from here!

Sit by the fireplace or enjoy one of the two outside decks. Front deck has new grill and cafe table for apres ski relaxation.

Bedrooms are King, Queen, 2 twins, plus day bed (incl. trundle) in loft. Day bed can be 2 twins or put together to be a double bed. Newly remodeled bathrooms; 2 with walk-in showers, 1 tub. Full size washer/ dryer in unit. 5 person hot tub inside, in loft! Parking for 3 cars: 1 each in garage, driveway and street (permit provided). Close proximity to free Summit Stage stop.

Fully equipped kitchen, ski racks in garage plus work table for waxing skis. Smart TV, internet, WiFi and plowing provided.

Why they chose this property

Quiet, dead end road with great views (unobstructed by other buildings). Near a free Summit Stage bus stop. Walking, hiking, backwoods recreation out the back door around Buffalo Mountain

What makes this property unique

Well kept and furnished home that we rent occassionally. Fully stocked kitchen. Parking for three cars.
