Relax in this beach Townhome perfect for long-term stays. Location, Location, Location! 8 minute walk to public access at Swallow and Collier or enjoy the condo pool, hot tub and tiki hut! Ride bikes (2 provided) or walk with beach cart, cooler & umbrella (also provided). South beach has the nicest venues. Casual beach getaway. Lots of room for adults and children. Clean and neat! Park at the front door and enjoy a slider/balcony at each bedroom, Living room and kitchen. Granite kitchen full of upgrades (pantry, Sliding shelves, full upgraded appliances). This is a quality step far above the typical flat apartment.

Summer Vacation on Marco
Had a great time at this property. Awesome location quick walk to the beach. Very quiet complex with large pool and spa. The covered patio was a nice escape from the sun with plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy snacks and meals poolside.

We are a married couple who enjoy our work in real estate. Curt is a retired lawyer and real estate broker, while Kim is a real estate agent and interior designer (all licenses from Maryland). Curt built a law firm, and together, we built a fair-sized rental business in Maryland. Our Florida journey began in 2013 when we bought our first home on Marco Island. We love it, and wanted to branch out so, while we are selling our Maryland properties, we are growing our Florida venues. When we saw the Beach Townhome, we saw great potential. We know from our long search that most affordable condos are not more than glorified motel rooms with a college dorm type kitchenette. That was not good enough for our model, so we kept looking, for about three years. We found this Beach Condo to be small (50 units), well-maintained and full of warm and gracious people. Location is key, as beach access is limited at Marco, but public access is only a 10 minute walk from this place. And, just as important, it is large, with two and a half bathrooms. This is not a college dorm or a cruise ship cabin!
This is a true home. Now, with three homes, all on VRBO, we can choose our venue and let out the others.
