The house is located near Ebeltoft, in an attractive area where you can reach the beach via a system of footpaths, shopping facilities are also within walking distance. The house is heated with geothermal energy and a heat recovery system, so the energy costs are low. Adjacent to the large, bright living room is a wonderful terrace, where the sun shines almost all day long. The level plot offers plenty of space for all kinds of outdoor games. In the house there is fast INternet via fiber optic cable (50/50 MBit).
