Close to the beach across from an unfenced lake stands this well-maintained wooden holiday home on a large plot with a sandbox. The house is attractively furnished and has many modern amenities. There is a large bathroom with a sauna for 4 people and a guest toilet. 2 of the 8 sleeping places in the house are in the alcove in the living and dining room. Anglers can enjoy themselves at the nearby fishing lake, there is a gutting place for fish at the house, a 3, 15 m² tool shed and a large freezer. In Spodsbjerg you can buy fresh fish at the small fishing harbor, next to it is the marina with good facilities for sailors. Between Spodsbjerg and Tårs there are two ferries. They cross the international shipping channel in the Langelands Belt with cruise ships and large freighters.
