It's all in the name! Sunset View is a perfect location for sunset lovers and offers easy access to our award wining beaches!

Offering an open design with all new kitchen cabinets and appliances. Sunset View is ideal for couples and families alike. Enjoy this spacious beach retreat featuring a heated pool or relax with happy hour cocktails on your private deck during sunset. There is both a covered deck and an upstairs open deck overlooking the pool area. It's tropical vibe and colorful artwork will set the tone for a perfect Bradenton Beach Retreat!

There is a 50" television with a DVD player in the downstairs living room. The upstairs living room features a 32" television. There is a 12" television in the guest bedroom. Of course, this wonderful home features free Wifi, expanded cable and free domestic calling.

This property will be affected by a City of Bradenton Beach Improvement project. Mandatory construction will occur along this residential street between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Guests can expect noise and street closures during this time. We apologize for the unavoidable inconvenience.

Parking is limited to three vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. Sunset View

We had an enjoyable stay. We especially enjoyed the outside area and swimming pool. The only real complaint is all the construction going on around the property. We did understand that is by no fault of yours.

Construction

7th street was closed and access to beach across the street was closed and heavy equipment parked there. Had to park our cars 3 blocks down. Noise from equipment all day long ripping up our street. I was getting regular emails from rental company but the one email that had to do with construction just happened to go to Spam so never got it. Property,house and pool where perfect. Very nice.

Great rental

Really enjoyed our stay here! Property is clean, nice looking, and the location is perfect. The pool is great, and we had our coffee on the upper deck every morning. Right across the road from the beach, and walking distance to the pier. Took advantage of the island trolley, with a stop right by the house. Bit of noise during the construction going on while we were there, but out of the owner’s control. Some of our party thought the beds were a bit too firm, some of us thought they felt just right. We left two new beach chairs there that we had purchased early in the week. Property managers were easy to contact and promptly replied to any concerns we had. Highly recommend!

Not sure if I should rate good or bad

We definitely had an amazing weekend but mostly because we made light of our situations. I had just had surgery on my foot so I chose this house because it was directly across the beach. When we arrived at the house, there was major road construction being done around the property on the street as well as in front of the beach which we could not access without walking a bit. We were not informed that we could not park in the driveway, which were two of our parking spots and had to park on the street. The house had a blaring alarm at the front door, which would go off all the time because of the pool, which we understand for the kids, but feel it could have been easier. This rental came with the bare minimum as far as stuff goes. Example being there were no coffee filters for the coffee machine and no salt and pepper. Most of the dishes were dirty. The house was supposed to sleep eight but one of the beds didn’t have sheets. The overall house was very clean and well decorated. It was a beautiful property! We loved the pool and the view of the beach from the deck. Not sure we’ll be back though

Cute place with a great location

Our family had a great stay here. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. It’s across the street from the beach, 3 minutes walk to the pier for shopping, food, cocktails and ice cream. The pier was fun at night with lots of live music! I really loved being able to see the sunset on the deck! We also loved taking a walk to the pier for sunrise and a coffee. We like to drive and explore different areas and liked the farmers market at the north end of the island, St Armand’s circle and visiting Siesta Key. All beautiful areas! The house was as described. The outdoor area was super cute and private. The pool was heated which made it so relaxing. I liked having the two living rooms so the family could spread out a little. The house was updated and comfortable. The only downside to our week was that there was construction going on all around us… houses are being built across the street and it looks like the island is adding/replacing pipe all along the main road. Unfortunately for our stay, they were right outside the windows… super close. This is obviously not the owners fault but I do wish I would’ve known. All in all it was a very fun week with the family on an absolutely beautiful beach!… with lots of dolphins!!
