Cute house that is close to Fort Wayne! Within walking distance of the LaOtto brewery the Sit N Bull and a short two minute drive to Country Heritage Winery. When was the last time you stayed at a hotel with: large closets, a dishwasher, a BBQ grill, kitchen, complete dining room, clothes washer and dryer, private gazebo, and a personal garage?

This home is in the most desirable area of Noble County: the town right off major highways, LaOtto, Indiana. Spring break

Sarah was very responsive and the house was clean and neat. The area is quiet and rural, which we wanted. About a 20 minute drive to Sweetwater Sound, where we went everyday for the week.

Great for family supper!

Most stocked kitchen we have ever seen! Was able to have 10 family members around the kitchen table comfortably for supper. 6 slept comfortably at the house and a cute little bedroom shed out back. Sarah responds so so fast if you have any needs. :)

Nice Family place to get together

Loved the openness of the kitchen and dining room- you can all be together even while preparing meals. Great appliances and most things you need in the kitchen. Loved having second garage refrigerator. Being able to park in garage was fabulous. This was perfect for a family gathering- very relaxed and comfortable.

Why they chose this property

It's in a small town setting, close to Fort Wayne, Garrett, Avilla, Huntertown, Churubusco, Albion, Auburn and Kendallville. It is in a great neighborhood that is quiet with a large yard. Enjoy having family and friends over while you stay:)People love the attached garage. The neighbors have loved the experience of having VRB folks stay (they are not intrusive, just friendly). They love hearing your stories and I do too. Hosting has been awesome experience for me, I've enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you in advance for choosing me:) Thank you for taking time out and leaving those stories in the binder for others to read:)

What makes this property unique

Updated house, everything is new. The third bedroom is in a separate building right behind the house next to the gazebo. It has a queen bed, heat and air, a smart TV and WIFI. The house has two bedrooms inside the house. A lot of people have loved the space, but the separate building may not be for everyone:) Let me do the cleaning for you! When you leave only start the dishwasher, leave the rest to me, you stay at my home so let me take care of the rest! Do not start the laundry or mess with the beds, I will take care of it:)
