This is a all one level, 1st floor, 1bedroom & 1bathroom in a 2 family home. The property has been recently updated with a brand new bathroom with tub. It has all new appliances and we are currently in the process of purchasing brand new queen size mattress. The home has a separate dining room, living room and study. It has air-conditioning in the windows. There is a large private yard with a patio area for grilling outside. There’s a huge covered rocking chair porch for your enjoyment.This is in a quiet street with very little traffic . It’s close to all the Berkshire attractions. Across the street is October Mountain State Forest. Wonderful for walking & biking. & kayaking! There is a public golf course At Miraval resorts which is 1 mile from the home. There is also a world renowned spa, tennis & restaurants.
