Welcome to La Casa Rosada (the Pink House), a stylish desert home located on a large quiet lot. What makes this home special? Large pool and hot tub, convenient location at the base of the Catalina Foothills, large floor plan, outdoor grilling and dining area, and more. 
Bookings for five or fewer people will enjoy main home, which is 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The optional guest house is automatically included for bookings of 6 or more people. Whether or not you use the guest house, you will enjoy exclusive use of the property throughout your stay as the guest house will not be occupied by any other booking.

If you have fewer than 6 people but still desire the guest house, which has a king & single bed, private kitchen/bath, and a huge smart TV, then you may request this additional space for an extra $95 charge per night. Just let us know and we'll gladly accommodate you.  The guest home has a full kitchen, bathroom, king-size memory foam bed, a single bed, TV, and more. The main home when combined with the optional guest house offers our guests 4 bedrooms and six beds total. Please note that while this is a one-story home, it does have a sunken living room and some of the areas on the home require navigating a step or two. NOTE: Pool heating may be available as an optional amenity priced separately based upon seasonal rates. If you are interested in pool heating, please request this service 48 hours prior to your check-in.
Ample parking on property including 2-car garage and other spaces. A maximum of 4 cars are allowed on property. If you need to park more than 4 cars, message us with the details and we will consider. There is No street parking. No motorhomes, 5th wheels, or other large non passenger vehicles are allowed. The private street and gated driveway are too narrow to accommodate very large vehicles like RVs, busses, etc. Standard SUVs, mini-vans, full-size trucks, etc. are fine.
