The Sundowner on Summit is a stylish modern 3 bed 2 bath home, located minutes from the Lake Arrowhead Village. The main floor has a bright open living space, fully stocked kitchen, dining table, laundry, and a bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath. The upstairs has a bunk room complete with 4 full size beds, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Enjoy making s'mores at the gas fire pit, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and having a glass of wine overlooking the beautiful tall pine trees.

Do not use glassware in or around hot tub. When not in use, close the hot tub cover. No candles or open flames allowed on property (except fireplace).

2 dogs per stay (45 lb max) with owner approval. Dog must be over 12 months old and house trained. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended.

Cute mountain home

Vintage Lake Arrowhead home with all the modern stuff. Kitchen and front deck were great. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our family. The stairs were a climb but once you are up it’s great.

Amazing cabin! Lovely decor

Honestly everything was an A+. From stocked kitchen supplies, Christmas/winter decor (big plus in my book! Totally felt dreamy winter wonderland like), hot tub is cute!, and plenty of pillows, towels, etc. it’s super cute, and we had a fabulous stay!! Not one bad thing to note. We will most likely be back for those flocked Xmas tress by the fire! Also, great communication with hosts. They got it down!
