Completed in 2019, the apartment is on 7th floor (we have lift!) of a luxury HARMONIJA condo overlooking both Budva and Becici beach at the same time. The apartment has 1 bedroom with king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a livingroom (couch turns into a comfortable double bed), separate walkin closet, bathroom (walk-in shower, washine machine, tumble drier), air-conditioning, smart home system, wi-fi, TV. The air-conditioning and heating units as well as wooden floors and towel drier in bathroom ensure it is cool in summer and warm in winter.
