Nestled in the heart of Paris, this centrally located apartment offers easy access to iconic landmarks like Palais Garnier, Canal Saint-Martin, and Gare du Nord, connecting you to various parts of Europe by train. The fully furnished ground floor unit comfortably accommodates three guests and is situated off a bustling street, surrounded by local eateries, charming boulangeries, and independent boutiques. Please note that the area can be noisy due to its city setting.

This refurbished industrial building has been transformed into a stylish maisonette overlooking a serene courtyard. The interior design combines midcentury sensibilities with an urban flair, creating a homely and airy atmosphere in its 70m2 space. Floor-to-ceiling dual-pane windows flood the rooms with natural light, brightening your mood.

The living area features a homely reading nook with a large bookshelf, a comfortable sofa, and a coffee table. The well-appointed kitchen, though compact, is equipped for light cooking and includes a dishwasher for added convenience. Feel free to indulge in the complimentary coffee machine and savour your culinary creations at the small dining table.

The bedrooms are tucked away in intimate nooks, accessed via a flight of stairs and adorned with thick curtains for enhanced privacy. The main bedroom boasts a queen bed and a wardrobe, while the second room offers a single bed. Both beds are dressed in clean linens to ensure a restful sleep. Taller guests should take note of the slightly low ceiling due to the elevated floors.

The bathroom is small, well-ventilated, and has everything you'll need to freshen up quickly. Towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. A washing machine can also be found here.

Our home is located conveniently in Gare de l'est - Hôtel Ibis Styles Paris at 87 Boulevard de Strasbourg. Key pickup is 9 minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

In the up-and-coming 10th arrondissement, the quaint footbridges and bohemian cafes of Canal Saint-Martin give way to Indian restaurants along Passage Brady. The streets around Place de la Republique feature hip bars and restaurants, while Marché Saint-Martin offers gourmet food stalls. Rue Sainte-Marthe is a quiet street lined with art studios and global eateries. The area is also home to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.

The maisonette is within walking distance of public transport, and services like UBER, LeCab and G7 are available in Paris:

- Poissonnière is the nearest Metro station and is connected to line 3: it's 3-minutes away by foot.
- Palais Garnier is 21 minutes away by foot.
- Canal Saint-Martin is 22 minutes away by foot.
- Gare du Nord is 11 minutes away by foot.
- By car, depending on traffic conditions, to Charles De Gaulle Airport will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
