We offer this charming, air-conditioned villa for rent between Saint Aygulf and Les Issambres, with sea view, nearby from the beach, with a swimming pool. It measures 146 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 70 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 2,400 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190) with private solarium balcony.

Outside :
- An 8x4m alarmed swimming pool (private, unheated) not overlooked, naturism possible, open all year round.
- A beautiful 2,400 m² garden
- A 16m² solarium balcony on the first floor with two deckchairs
- An 80m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather

The house is ideally located in a very pleasant environment. All the shops in St Aygulf or Les Issambres are within easy reach. A very good bakery next to the Lonchamps tobacconist's and a very good butcher's and delicatessen all year round at Chez Bruno. Traditional family-run pizzeria La Tarentella.
Annual market twice a week on Tuesday and Friday.
