This 73 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a stone building in the historic centre of Pézenas. It comprises an attractive 42 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi included, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation comprises
- A 42 m² living room with sofa and TV
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 : one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

The flat is ideally located in the heart of the historic centre. The area is pedestrianised and has plenty of shops and restaurants. Just a stone's throw from the theatre, cinema, collegiate church, tourist office, Le Pré St Jean gourmet restaurant, Chez Hansi bistro, Asian restaurants, jewellery, clothes, spice and ice cream shops, etc.


For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, baby chair, blender, ironing board and iron, nespresso machine...

- Public pay car park : Place du 14 Juillet 5 minutes from the flat. 0.60€/36 minutes, 1€/1H, 2€/2H, 7€/7H

As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here is some information you may find useful :
- There is a bus station with buses from Montpellier and Béziers.... The bus station is 6 minutes from the flat.
