Not far from Lake Tannsjö, this cottage is surrounded by forest. At the back of the 4,100 m² property borders a small stream. Moose also roam the forest here. Lake Tannsjö is well suited for fishing. At a small bathing place you will find all the information where you can buy a fishing license (cheap) and rent a rowboat. The house is fully equipped for 12 people and was restored in 2019. Among other things, a new kitchen was installed. From the house you enter a large terrace with rattan garden furniture. On the right side is a small glass porch. In front of it is a so-called ?Wildmarksbad? or bathing barrel, which is heated with wood and offers a lot of fun for 4-5 people even in the cold season. On the lawn you will find a swing. There are also sunbeds for 6 people. In the basement there is a sauna, as well as a washing machine and dryer. In a reading room there is a small fireplace stove, which provides pleasant warmth. In the living room there is a TV with Swedish and German programs. In the kitchen, in addition to a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, there is also a wood stove, which is already about 100 years old.
The house in the countryside is perfect for 2 families or friends who want to travel together. The ski resort Vallaasen is about 40 km from the cottage.
On site final cleaning is payable EUR 17 per person, minimum EUR 182 per stay on arrival. Likewise, an energy cost down payment of EUR 200 must be paid in advance, which will be offset against energy consumption on departure. All amounts must be paid in Swedish kronor.
