Waterfront home located among the gorgeous oak trees and Caney Creek on Live Oak Bend. This is a perfect spot for your family vacation, fishing trip or a weekend getaway! Plenty of space for everyone, inside and out! Bathrooms on both levels, stocked kitchen, ping pong table, large decks for that afternoon relaxation! Access to the public boat ramp that is seconds away from the house. Spend the day fishing off of your private pier or take a walk down our beautiful beach and witness the show stopping sunsets Sargent has to offer!

Good for the price

We visited from Houston with my parents and two young kids (5 and 7). The house is right on the river, with a dock the kids fished off of. I like that the dock is an L shape which created an enclosed area for them to play on their blowup rafts. When boats came by, they created waves, the kids loved it. The property has old oak trees that are beautiful and provide shade. I recommend bringing yard games. The neighbors were really friendly. The house was fine. The basics were provided. It’s not luxury but it’s fit for the price. The toilets had issues. One upstairs has a high pitched squeal due to the flapper not sealing. That kept us up the first night. The hot tub is out of commission and so was the dish washer. They provided a closet of board games, had a ping pong table (bring extra balls!) Note, the 4th bedroom with a bunk bed is actually in the playroom which people have to walk through to get to the other 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs. Overall it was a nice escape from the city.

Family Fishing Vacation

We had a few hiccups, but the staff was really nice and fixed everything right away. This VRBO has great communication that competes with other VRBO rentals. In fact I would go as far as saying it is at the top of our list and we have a ton of experience under our belt! Bravo!!! I will recommend this VRBO to family and friends.
