The master bedroom has a King size bed 200*200.
The second bedroom is equipped with two TWIN beds 100*180.

Each bedroom has its own storage, closets, and shelves. Blackout curtains have been installed in each bedroom to allow you to sleep without waking up too early with the first lights of the day. Quiet residence close to all services, private parking. Excellent value.

Nothing unnecessary is at your disposal, everything is designed to make you feel at home without missing anything, from the toaster to the oven, including the refrigerator and the microwave. Careful decoration, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

For your information:

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wifi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village.

This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, plan ahead.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the safe – 150 USD.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.
