FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, UNIT MAY or MAY NOT HAVE WASHER and DRYER

Upon arriving, we had difficulty with getting the parking pass, it was given to someone else! After a few back and forth phone calls, it was fixed. That’s when they informed us that we didn’t have a washer and dryer like the description said! They had forgot to inform us. We arrived on a Saturday and we finally got the washer and dryer late Thursday afternoon. Got to use it on Friday, spent 3 days at a 24 hr laundromat, checked out on the Saturday. We were without a washer and dryer 5 1/2 days out of 7. Was told that they have had to replace the washer and dryer 8 times since March of this year! We were told they would deliver it Wednesday, never happened. They were delivered to the wrong spot. When they did delivered them, they forgot the power cord and came back hrs later. Missing towel racks in each bathroom, the master bath should have a glass door for shower, but instead had a dirty shower curtain. At the bottom of the refrigerator there was a piece hanging off! Only got $196 refunded for our inconvenience and trouble.

Best week at Beach Club!

Our 8th visit to the Beach Club! We loved this condo! Had everything we needed! The views are amazing, the ease and comfort of the property is unmatched! Great for families of all sizes! We will be back!

Disappointing

We have stayed at The Beach Club several times and this was the most disappointing unit we have stayed in. We were notified on the day of check in that the unit had no washer/dryer and 2 sets of washer/dryers had been ordered but they did not fit. This is a big deal when you have 4 teens traveling with you. We were given a discount for this inconvenience, and we did receive a fresh set of towels midweek, however, we should have been told sooner, as Management clearly knew sooner that there wouldn't be a washer/dryer available. The master bath seemed to be in process of a remodel, as there was a frame for a shower door, but no glass. Instead, there was a flimsy plastic shower curtain that flew in and out of the shower space allowing water to go everywhere. There were signs of water damage on the baseboards, so clearly this had been happening for a while. The unit smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived. Management claims they were in the unit prior to our arrival and they didn't smell anything. Even our teens complained of the smell. The unit has potential, but needs to be invested in. The patio furniture was super inexpensive and uncomfortable. The inside furnishings are basic. The final issue is with the building itself. The elevators were down and being working on, off & on, the 1st 2 days of our stay, resulting in us having to take the stairs to the 14th floor. This work set off the fire alarms in the middle of the night.. twice... so more stairs for us!

Summer 23

We loved the location ~ just 12mi from the heart of gulf shores. It’s was close enough to all attractions / shops but we loved the simplicity and quietness Fort Morgan offered. A little hiccup with our room but the on staff coordinator, Kachelle was WONDERFUL and so accommodating. Hope to return to visit soon!💙 ☀️🏖️
