Vacation apartment with shared pool near Garda, with a beautiful view of the lake, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. Garda offers a beautiful view of the lake with marina, swimming and sports facilities and is an ideal place for cycling, swimming, diving, sailing and trekking enthusiasts. The property, consisting of four apartments, can be booked together if you are traveling with your family or friends. The apartments come from the renovation of a country house on the "Rocca" overlooking the small town of Garda ("Warda", an ancient military fortress built on the Rocca in the time of the migration of peoples). The property is located in the greenery of the Parco della Rocca, a protected natural oasis (barbecues are not allowed), which includes the ruins of a medieval fortress and the Camaldolesi hermitage, reachable by a beautiful walk. The apartment has a panoramic terrace with chairs, table and parasol. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool with private deck chairs, chairs and umbrella. Baby crib on request. Boats depart from the village to the western shore of the lake. At 0.5 km is Garda (stores of all kinds, beaches, bike path, sailing school), golf and horseback riding 3 km, amusement parks 15 km, thermal baths 10 km, Peschiera 18 km. For those interested in art and drama, Verona with its famous Arena is only 35 km away, Venice is 140 km away, Milan is 170 km away and can be easily reached by train from Peschiera and Verona stations. Air conditioning: 1 unit free (from 01/06 to 31/08) and 2 fans. Arrival on Saturdays only 5 - 7 pm. The accommodation is not suitable for disabled people.
