Now accepting reservations for the 2023 season for this fully renovated 2100 sq. ft. home on dead end road that leads to a quiet cranberry bog in beautiful Centerville, MA, one of the seven villages of Barnstable. The home offers four bedrooms and two full baths along with an outdoor shower. For your comfort, there are window air conditioners, and a huge, private back yard. Centrally located, your Cape Cod vacation home is only 1.6 miles from Craigville Beach and a short distance to many other beaches, downtown Hyannis shopping, sightseeing, and great restaurants. You will be close to everything the Cape has to offer but the location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The property is a short drive to Falmouth and the National Seashore and Provincetown shopping, dining and whale watching are within about a one hour drive. There are also biking and hiking trails close by and beautiful spots to put your kayaks in the water.
Raised ranch style home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a large bedroom downstairs with two queen beds. A living room, full kitchen and dining room upstairs lead to an outside deck. On the lower level is a second living room with a 65 inch smart TV leading out to a patio under the deck. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Wonderful Vacation!

We enjoyed a great Cape Cod vacation with our entire family, from senior citizens to an infant. The house was well equipped, with plenty of room for all. It was very convenient to the beach and the kids enjoyed playing in the huge backyard.l

Fabulous House!

We rent a different house in the area every year and the entire family agreed this was the best one we’ve ever rented. The house was clean and spacious, and the kids spent hours playing in the big yard. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower and the large living room for everyone to gather. The house is close to the beach and all attractions. I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome Vacation

Great experience! Hosts responded immediately to questions. House was perfect for 3 families, awesome play area for kids. Beautiful house with very comfortable beds. Pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. Thank You.

Cape Escape

The house was very clean and one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever encountered. The basement was a great space for the older kids to hang and play games. The outdoor spaces were great so large groups can enjoy eating outside. The outdoor shower was a favorite of the little kids. When we had a bedding issue Michelle was very quick to respond with a solution. The only issue was a tv situation where the cable would abruptly end when you were watching a show at night and when we would come back after being gone all day the tv would be back on or would turn on in the middle of the night because it would abruptly stop when watching something in the evening. This was a great space for two families to explore Cape Cod!
