This beautiful, cozy vacation home in a central, yet quiet location is recommended for families who want to explore the town on foot and have their peace at home. The well-kept interior with partly new furniture, the good equipment and the comfortable sofa invites you to a relaxing stay where you invest your time in novels, play cards together or sit down for meals and eat them together. Here you can look forward to relaxing hours with the family, enjoying a glass of wine with freshly grilled fish from the barbecue on the open terrace. Thanks to the green space shared with the guests of a small cottage (CIM101), this outdoor area is also ideal for a vacation with your pet.

You can reach the beautiful beaches and the family park, where you can spend some fun hours with your children, in just 15 minutes on foot. Discover the also the versatile offers in the resort of Medulin such as beach volleyball, horseback riding, tennis and a variety of water sports. The long coastline and surrounding islands are ideal for exploring your favorite beach. In the evening you have the opportunity to visit restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and entertaining summer events of the city of Pula (about 10km). Some restaurants, where you can taste fish and other local specialties, are located in the port of Medulin, which can be reached in just 10 minutes. Furthermore, the green market or bakery offers to grab your ingredients for delicious meals, these are located about five minutes away.

Dieses Ferienhaus erfüllt alle Erwartungen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestatet, modern und sauber, das Grundstück geplegt. Das Umfeld ist ordentlich und die Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Wasser ist optimal.
