Experience Rockaway Beach like a local at this lovely neighborhood home within easy walking distance of the beach and the heart of downtown. You'll come home from your daily beachcombing excursions to a private hot tub and an enclosed back patio where you can grill in the coastal sunshine.

This home is spread across two levels, with the open living area, dining room, and kitchen greeting you as you walk through the door. Leather sofas are positioned in front of a gas fireplace and a Netflix-equipped TV, while a circular dining table sits in the light of a large window. The kitchen offers every essential, including a dishwasher and a refrigerator with ice and water dispensers. The enclosed patio awaits out back, with a gas grill and a picnic table for afternoon barbecues, and a private, sheltered hot tub to take off the chill of the ocean waves. A washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi are also provided for your comfort and convenience.

This home sits half a mile east of downtown Rockaway Beach and just a block further from public access points to the vast, sandy beach. As for downtown, you'll find all sorts of candy shops, ice cream shops, and casual eateries within walking distance on the Oregon Coast Highway. If you're up for a scenic day trip, you'll be in the perfect spot - Oswald West State Park is 14 miles north, and Tillamook is 15 miles south, with the Three Capes Scenic Loop starting just beyond.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
