Here you will find miles of wide, white sandy beaches, considered by connoisseurs to be among Northern Europe's best and finest, dotted with secluded dune depressions. Storms wash amber onto the beach, but on it you can also find beautifully shaped stones that can be turned into jewelry as well. The surrounding area is ideal for a family vacation, there are bowling alleys, golf courses, adventure pools, fishing parks, horse riding centers and sports centers. Here is also the largest adventure park in Denmark, Aquapark Fårup & Sommerland. The stores and restaurants are open all year round.
