Beautiful Landes bastide near large lake

Large typical Landes building of almost 160m² with its French ceilings, its beautiful fireplace and its wooden floors. With its 5 large bedrooms and its large living room, it can accommodate family or friend gatherings of up to 12 people. Its beautiful grounds will allow children to play ball. The cycle path is close and you can easily access the lake and the ocean via the Chemin de Mayotte at the back of the house, avoiding traffic jams.

There are 5 bedrooms ranging from 11m² to 25m², 2 bedrooms with 160cm beds, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a 160cm sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds.

The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 12 people including 8 adults.

It is possible to have an inflatable spa at the rate of 100e per week to be paid in addition and to be reserved at least 1 week before arrival.

A concierge will be on site to welcome you and carry out an inventory of entry and exit locations.

A security deposit of 800e will be requested and returned if no damage.

The house must be left clean, cleaning is not included. Unless you want a cleaning service which will be paid on site directly to the concierge at the price of 180e. It must be reserved at least 3 weeks before arrival.

Bed and bathroom linen are available at the rate of 10e per person, to be paid on site.

For stays of more than a week, it is changed once a week.

The house is located on Route de Bordeaux. In summer, outside, there may be noise pollution due to traffic. But we are calm inside thanks to the double glazing.
