Renovated for 2024! A 6-minute walk to the beach, this first-floor condo has everything your need to enjoy an amazing Hilton Head Island vacation. Located in the HHI Beach & Tennis Resort this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Tennis Villa comes with outstanding on-site amenities, including;

· 2 Pools--the largest ocean front pool on HHI

· 3 Restaurants, including a beachfront pool bar

· Bike rentals--there are 150 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head

· Fitness center

· Picnic areas w/ grilling stations

· Playground & basketball court

· Pond with catch-and-release fishing

· 6 Tennis & 12 pickleball courts

Unit TV-B8 is beautifully furnished and decorated. The full kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. We’ve stocked the kitchen with dishware, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, wine glasses, combined Keurig/drip coffee maker, blender, garbage disposal, and toaster. The dining table seats 6, ideal for game night or puzzles! A large comfortable living room, with a 55” Smart TV, looks out onto the terrace with a bar height café table, chairs and wicker love seat. The primary bedroom has a King Bed, cable TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, Twin bunk beds and a second Smart TV. The hall bath has a full tub to make children’s bathing a snap.

4 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and a cart are all provided, but please BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

Hi-speed Wi-Fi, linens & bath towels, central heating & air conditioning, hair dryer, and iron/board are all provided. We provide a small starter kit of complimentary toiletries, trash bags & paper towels but you will need additional supplies for longer stays.

Pretty nice

The floor needed to be mopped. Walk across it three times and your feet start to turn black. There was internet in the room but very slow. The beds were very hard. Some of our group did not sleep well as a result. But other then that, worked out just fine.

Was good for a 4 day stay

We love this resort. This condo was fine. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms and was on first floor. The sofa could be better, but overall the place was fine. Also close to lots of restaurants/shopping.

Cute place

Nice condo. Great for the price. Not on the beach but a short walk and/or quick drive with plenty of parking. Had a beach cart which came in handy. Pool and beach bar/ restaurant were great. Perfect for families.

Great place for long weekend vacation

The condo was a great size and the updated kitchen was wonderful. The property was well maintained and had plenty of space for us. We did have an issue with one of the beds not being changed, but the rental company responded to my message quickly and handled the issue. The bed not being made did not cause issues for us.
