Chose primarily for the location.
Location worked well for us. Bus line options all around the building. Apartment was well furnished, relatively clean. We were there for 16 days. The one day we decided to cook there the power went out when we tried using the oven. Problems with the hot water tank on & off, affected about 3/16 days we were there. Communication with the owner was slow. She never sent anyone over to problem solve the issue with the hot water tank. 2 bathrooms were advertised, only one was available to us(5 of us). Would of been nice to know ahead of time that one of the bathrooms was not functioning. Room was actually locked with a sign on it "private" "staff only", leads me to believe they just did not want us to use it. Also advertised was a "hot tub". There was no "hot tub", maybe they meant there was a tub with the possibility of a hot bath....when the hot water was working? Hand held shower head however there was no where to hang the shower head. Linens were clean, beds were comfortable. TV was nice and worked well. WIFI- no problems. One bath towel and one hand towel for each person, we were there for 16 days so we had to wash and hang dry our own towels if we wanted clean ones. No laundry detergent or cleaning supplies, had to buy our own. Dish soap in kitchen, hand soap in bathroom. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towel. Had to buy lots of amenities that would of been nice to have been included.
