This is a great beachfront apartment in Carlsbad close to everything and where you can enjoy the surf and sun. This one-bedroom apartment has a full kitchen, a bathroom, a living room area, and a bedroom area with a king bed. All west windows have ocean view, feels like you are on top of the ocean. Come and enjoy a relaxing beach getaway. It is close to the beach and to the village of Carlsbad which has wonderful quaint restaurants, shops, and the coaster station. It is located within minutes of the finest beaches, Legoland, restaurants, and is a quick 10-minute drive to the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort Golf Course, La Costa Resort, and Spa are close by. Go South on Interstate 5, and you'll be close to Del Mar Racetrack, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and SeaWorld. Visit downtown San Diego, the Harbor and the World Famous Zoo.

Great Location and Semi Private Beach

Although it is a little walk to get to the shops and restaurants, the location is great. This part of the beach is more private and the views are amazing. We loved the unit itself as it has everything you need (your own reserved parking space, balcony, full kitchen, couch, TV, dining area, nice bathroom, etc). Everything is exactly as they portray it to be, and we even got a couple of text messages from the management company seeing how our trip was going. We will definitely be staying here again.

My kid and I stayed there for 5 days. No dishwasher or washer/dryer. Definitely dated. Gorgeous view! You can hear everything from the unit above. The view/excellent communication was worth it though.

Great location

The closeness to the ocean & sounds couldn’t be better, & great to include a parking spot. Nice furniture including 2 recliners. For those who are less able, there are many steps down to it, and the toilet & shower are 2 steps above the bathroom floor, a little dangerous if you don’t have perfect balance. Footsteps overhead are easily heard.

Million Dollar View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Simple but cute interior, with a million dollar view! The views of the sunset are incredible. Enjoyed watching surfers and hearing the waves throughout the stay. The grill was clean and nice to use in the common space. Management was responsive and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
