This is a great beachfront apartment in Carlsbad close to everything and where you can enjoy the surf and sun. This one-bedroom apartment has a full kitchen, a bathroom, a living room area, and a bedroom area with a king bed. All west windows have ocean view, feels like you are on top of the ocean. Come and enjoy a relaxing beach getaway. It is close to the beach and to the village of Carlsbad which has wonderful quaint restaurants, shops, and the coaster station. It is located within minutes of the finest beaches, Legoland, restaurants, and is a quick 10-minute drive to the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort Golf Course, La Costa Resort, and Spa are close by. Go South on Interstate 5, and you'll be close to Del Mar Racetrack, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and SeaWorld. Visit downtown San Diego, the Harbor and the World Famous Zoo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
