Outbuilding of a private hotel, tastefully renovated, located in the heart of the town, 4km from La Flèche zoo, a stone's throw from the Prytanée National. On the ground floor you will find a living room, a fitted kitchen and separate toilets. On the 1st floor, you will have the bathroom (a bathtub and 1 large sink) as well as 2 adjoining bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.
