SALTY WAVES in Phoenix IV is a one-of-a-kind three bedroom, two bath ground floor unit with a bonus Sunroom! TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room. Features include master with king, bedroom 2 with a king, bedroom 3 with two queens and sunroom with sofa sleeper, and bunkbeds with twin over full. Fully appointed, updated kitchen with ice maker. Ground floor unit gives you a private courtyard with walk out to not only the adult and kiddie pools, but no need to get on an elevator to get to the beach! Fitness room, indoor pool and hot tub are on the same level! Enjoy all the amenities at Phoenix I, II and III when you stay at Phoenix IV. The complex has tennis, basketball, racquetball and pickleball courts, multiple indoor pools, outdoor pools, kiddie pools, saunas, fitness rooms – and you have access to all of it! Ruby Slipper and Doc’s Seafood are directly across the street! Washer and dryer in the unit.

Loved the first floor walkout

We loved the convenience of walking right out the back door to the beach and amenities. The condo itself could use a proper deep cleaning but we were comfortable and happy with our stay and had everything we needed for a great week. *notes for management* The master bathroom cold knob on the sink needs to be fastened in place. It lifts right off. Also, the dishwasher leaks on the floor a bit when running.

Phoenix 4

Our building was less crowded than others at the elevator and pool. Walk out unit was great with young kids. Unit could use a punch card correction of details needing attention. Frig light out, microwave light out, primary shower grout replaced near the floor, hotter water in kitchen to cut the grease on large pots and pans, more reliable internet within the unit.

Will book again!

Pros-easy access to pools, grills, beach and outside in general. All of this is available right outside your private gate to your patio. Large patio area. This was super convenient!! No waiting for the elevator to go up and down to access the beach. It does not have a ramp to take luggage cart to the door, not really a concern for us. But something to note. Lots of bath towels, kitchen items, plates and cookware. This unit is on the ground floor as mentioned near grills and baby pool. The doors did a great job keeping the sound out! Cons-Sunroom is very warm in the Summer. The teens slept there. While the light didn't bother them at all they could not use the beds because it was too warm. Two box or floor fans for each side of the room would be good to bring with you. There is one good fan in the room but needs a couple more to help with air circulation. We were prepared and brought our own fans. There was a leak in the second room with full sizes beds. No clue where it came from. I let management know about problem. Light in the fridge was out. I let management know about it. There is no Wi-Fi for the unit. Yes, it made me stay off my device more and be in the moment with family as that is what vacation is about. But there were moments it would have been nice to have. Suggestions- Bring your own fans if anyone will sleep in the sunroom, bring extra cooler for space, add Wi-Fi to the unit. This is an older unit but will definitely book again!!

Family Vacay

I selected a unit that was walkout to pool and beach. Very highly useable for all of us and avoiding any hassles up and down elevators. Plenty of space for 10 and all needed kitchen utensils. Nice outside living space.
