Beautiful Scenery

The cabin is beautiful inside and out, also a little rustic. We loved all the spectacular views. The bed was very comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed. The only reason this place was not five stars is because of two reasons. There was trash outside around the cabin and the televisions in the rooms with the exception of one were all the size of my 16 in laptop. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves and would rent this cabin again.

Do not stay here

I booked this cabin with a group of friends for a weekend trip. When we arrived, both hot tubs looked as though they had been recently dismantled, and both the fireplace and air hockey table were broken. The house was in rough shape, with multiple cobwebs in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We asked the owners two times to fix the broken amenities, yet no one ever came to check it. There was also trash littered across the backyard. After our stay, we requested reimbursement for these complaints. Vrbo could do nothing to help us with a refund.

No Water

The pictures on the website are of the cabin when it was new. The cabin is old & beat up. The main complaint I have, is that 4 out of the 12 bathrooms did not have running water. That is not good when the only bathroom access is someone else's bedroom. The customer service was not very good. They finally got someone to fix it around 24 hours after check in.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the property. There were several things broken in the house though at check in. Also the maintenance man showed up randomly during our stay at 8 p.m. at night to fix stuff. Thought maybe we should have been asked first if it would interfere.
