Perfect location for my family visit

The location of this property couldn’t have been more convenient for visiting with our family. We really enjoyed having someplace other than a hotel so close. The house was as-described in the listing and pictures. We didn’t use the kitchen for much more than breakfast, but it had all the items we needed. The house was generally very clean other than the kitchen floor which just had a little dust/debris in places. I would happily stay here in the future if we need someplace in the area.

Very odd layout

It was fine for what we needed it for but the house is layed out very odd. Even thou it has 4 bedrooms the living space can really only accommodate 5-6 people. There is a nice lower patio with seating and a grill but can not be accessed from inside the house . You have to go out the front door and walk around the house and down a hill. Not good for using the grill. There is a deck off the back of the house with no seating, only a table. I also thought parts of the home were a little dirty. The beds slept good, not may towels, none in the half bath for hand drying. The kitchen wasn’t equipped very well. Location was good. Close to Lake Point sports complex.

Comfy Cozy Home

This property owner knows what guests expect and like. I mean, really, an air fryer?!! How awesome is that?! The house had a very well equipped kitchen, huge tvs, plenty of space, and comfortable beds. If you're in the Acworth/Marietta area, you should consider this rental.
